Hi.
Im refreshing my lookalike audience like every 100 new customers I receive, and so far I have 1100 e-mails.
Up until today I successfully uploaded custom audience in a matter of seconds, and Lookalike audience in 30 minutes or so.
But Yesterday and Today I have huge problems. First, my custom was not being created at all, and now it gives me 30 or 70 uploaded people (while I have over 1000 e-mails in that .csv document)
Is this somekind of a Facebook bug these days or am I the only one that has these problems??
I hope you can help me.
BTW, every 100 new customers I upload the entire list, old and new e-mails. I hope Im doing the right thing. If you think I should upload only those new 100 people to be absolutely different from old one, please say so.
