Hey guys, my main skill is programming and automating and in addition to my own ventures I help others through upwork by freelancing. And I'd say 35% of all jobs I get is making something that I know for sure the client is selling to others as a service, I don't mind but it does make me feel exploited haha. I've tried many times to market myself through ads as an agency and cut out the upwork middleman and go directly to people like lawyers, realtors, fitness coaches who need any automation. My goal is to use my skill to setup stuff for people which will keep working for a long time which I can then charge a monthly running fee for, but currently the best I get is payment for the development itself.
