You are allowed to change one thing at a time, you change your card first and then wait about 2 days to change the others.

Actually this is quite normal and common, this is also a way to protect your account in case you log in on a strange device, please wait patiently for a while even though this can sometimes cause inconvenience.

It used to be 1–5 days, but lately it's been more like 7–10. If you're still getting the error after a week, try logging in daily and avoid triggering more flags. It should clear soon.

Wait 3–5 more days & do not interfere
Do not try to change password / email / verify too many times → the system will reset the countdown from the beginning
During the waiting period: log in → use the account as a real person (read posts, like lightly...) → Meta will mark “natural behavior”
