You can find better themes than that for about $75 on all the major theme selling sites. If you wanted an exact replica you could get it custom coded for you for about $500-$1000 Max.

But seeing as that design company lists Verizon and Clickbank as their clients, do probably do in fact charge 10,000 for design/branding projects. Just goes to show what the right contacts/market placement/advertising can fetch you.
 
Wow see nothing really special about it. Can not believe that they have that price tag on it.
 
People can always be tricked into thinking that more money = more quality. If you could trick one person into paying 10k for a simple theme every month, you'd be making $120k a year...
 
that price is ridiculously high, but apparently their customers are big players only and they probably find the $10k as low price :)
 
Do they offer "resell rights"? If that's the case then $10k is not big. Other companies charge for that amount for "resell rights." But actually you can get the same designs on themeforest for $40
