i just tried looking for some website with Wp theme with unique design and i found this..

and then i contact them it' is $10,000 with added customization

May seem like a lot, but if you had a popular fashion site or something like that, it may pay off...

Still a lot of money... (Maybe someone on the BlackHat side could get you it for a reduced price )

It doesn't seem that unique...
it's just somewhat customized for that site..
Slider, recent posts, recent posts by category and sidebar

look at bst and ask the service provider to make similar theme
or buy some nice theme and have it customized

That is really a nice theme. Ask yourself why there are such trademarks like "gucci, prada etc..."

If someone buys it, then the price was $10,000. But until then, $0.

I will go with what LakeForest said
It costs $0 to make a theme. It's all time and perfection that costs. Although I don't think it's of that price. I would pay max $500 for that coz it really is a great theme. I can clone that theme for 1/20 th price anyway

A themes value can be whatever the customer is willing to pay. I believe someone will pay that much for a custom look. We have had many clients in the past that pay good money to have a unique website that looks very clean.
