cant add payment and banned

I think this problem is related to the payment card because when you use the payment card that is being scanned, there will be quite a few errors.

Since yesterday this error has been happening quite a lot, there is a solution but the rate of ban and hold is still quite high
 
u should change to another account, these errors are mainly due to the account

Facebook is currently scanning for this issue. Adding a card will disable the account.
 
I think this problem is related to your card, maybe because your card has previously had a payment error or debt, which may lead to automatic suspension of the account. You can use the new proxy to add new tags

You should use old accounts with old spending history, it is best to use advertising accounts from agencies, they have strong advertising accounts
 
You can submit an appeal or use a new proxy to add a new tag. Note, do not use cards that have been added to the offending account.
 
If your account performs actions like adding multiple payments, logging in from multiple IP addresses, or connecting via VPN, the system may consider this a sign of unusual behavior

Check your card, maybe this card had be in black list card of facebook because it may have been attached to a previously owed account.
 
Normally, just adding a new card or running a postboot campaign can fix this error

I think u should change another social and change IP of comupter or proxy as well, then try to aadd another card then see results.
