Can't access notifications/pm box or pm

Not sure how else to put this because I can't PM a mod, access my notification/pm box, or cruise around someones profile?

Reasons?

Now its frustrating. WTF, is going on? Tell me someone else has this problem?

I have also the same problem.. i can t Pm or respond to any Pm

You bumped a thread from 2010 to ask a question that was answered in one of the first threads at the top of the Forum Suggestions & Feedback section?

You can't PM anyone because you have 5 posts or "messages". At the very minimum, you need 15 posts to PM.
