Can't access facebook profile

I have lost my 2 factor authentication and can't access my profile, what is the workaround here to regain access

like seriously, I seen this way to much, not just for FB but for everything.
What's the point 2FAing or mFAing if you don't save your recovery codes....

Back then I used my phone to scan the QR code but forgot to save it
 
Did you change your device?
Have you tried the "forgot password" option?
Have you reached out to Facebook Support?
 
If you've linked your email address or phone number to your account before, try using anyone or if u still have your recovery code
 
If a mobile attached Usally get a text to get special code to get back in.

Is your mobile register to fb
 
Are there any options like "try another way"? Maybe a verification code can be sent to your email which is associated with your Facebook account.
 
Use the device regularly to log in and appeal or use hotmail to log in
maybe it will work
 
If you still having problems to access the account the las option will be contact support and ask them for help to help you access the account.
