I have lost my 2 factor authentication and can't access my profile, what is the workaround here to regain access

What's the point 2FAing or mFAing if you don't save your recovery codes....

Have you tried the "forgot password" option?
Have you reached out to Facebook Support?

If a mobile attached Usally get a text to get special code to get back in.

Is your mobile register to fb

Are there any options like "try another way"? Maybe a verification code can be sent to your email which is associated with your Facebook account.

Use the device regularly to log in and appeal or use hotmail to log in
maybe it will work

If you still having problems to access the account the las option will be contact support and ask them for help to help you access the account.
