Canonical URLs for a site

Hello everyone. I've experimented with the new AHref's Webmaster Tool and for one of my sites, in page explorer is says that the canonical URLS are still website.wpengine.com (website = site name). I created it in a staging environment on WP engine and then pushed it live. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Ask WP Engine support, why are they adding canonical url or not chaning canonical url.

Thanks, on the chat with them.

Also. from the same report I noticed some pages are not indexable Any thoughts on that?

Check if pages are blocked by robots.txt or no-index meta.

Apparently there's a bug with Google, many sites have their pages canonicalized wrong.
