Cannot Join Canva Affiliate program on Impact Radius

I have created an account on impact radius previously on which whenever I try to join canva.com or any affiliate program, it declines. I have tried Hostgator, bluerock, video, and many more, and the same problem. Fed up, I created a new account and put the application to join the marketplace. But it gets rejected due to an error called "high_risk_ip" or something like this.

Also, is it necessary to have social media profiles with good followers and a professional website? Previously, when I tried, I got accepted with just a newly created social media account and a medium blog. Two days ago also, my teammate created an account with the medium blog and social media with no followers and he got succeded. Please help me or provide some alternatives to canva affiliate program.
