Cannot invite more people to BM

This issue is quite common recently with new BMs. I think it's just a Meta bug, I see they fixed it and some BMs have worked, if your BM hasn't then maybe switching to another profile or waiting 24–48 hours might help. I still have more BMs that don't have this issue, so it seems to be more about the limitations of the new BM than your setup.

Even if you change the profile or assign a new admin, the limit won’t reset immediately because Meta applies it at the BM level

FB BM has been acting weird lately. Sometimes it limits invites when the account looks ‘new’ or flagged. Try warming the profile a bit or using a verified admin that usually fixes it.
That usually happens when FB flags your account or hits a limit. Wait a bit, make sure your profile is verified and sometimes you just gotta start a fresh business manager.

Mostly due to errors in some new BMs. You should add pages to your BM, then you post some articles to the page. In addition, some major problems are in the BM, you need to contact FB support.

I used another invitation with new mail, the invitation has been approved by BM, you can wait 24 hours for Meta

it seems a lot of people have been having this problem lately, not sure what new thing FB is updating. However, you can still invite people to join via smit, I did and it worked.

Keep the old admin for at least 48–72 hours after changing the information.
Add an admin with a clean history of activities, who has run ads for a long time.
Verify the business (if possible), or update the information to be stable and wait 24–48 hours.
If it still doesn’t work → open a ticket “Business Manager – Can’t add people”.
In general, this is a common error, not yours — just increase the trust to reopen it.

It might be a permissions issue or a Facebook limit on invites; try checking the Business Manager roles and make sure your account isn’t restricted.

It's not because your profile has a problem, it's on bm, when bm detects abnormal signs on your bm, they will limit all functions on it but not disable that BM, you can use some additional software instead of inviting manually

Usually caused by account trust limits; verify business, remove restrictions, strengthen profile, then retry invitations.

We can understand that BM reaches trust or security limit. Changing profile or admin will not reset the limit. Check if BM is pending verification, policy warning or restricted assets.
