Cannot access Google Adsense Account

Hey everyone, i would like to thank everyone in BHW for being helpful and supportive
anyway, a week ago i applied for an adsense account with my website, but i received an email telling me that i had an old google adsense account which is true but it was a long time ago, the issue here is i don't remember neither the e-mail or phone number that i registered with it
(it's an old account and i think the recovery e-mail is an hotmail one which i also lost, but i think all the information in the google adsense account is accurate about myself,i can use this to restore it but i don't know how to contact google about it)
if you have anything on mind that could fix this i would really appreciate it

Best solution, open a new account from a new device. You're caught from the cache. Also, verify this new account on someone from your family.(If your previous account is not verified, you can open it in your own name.) That way you won't have any problems.

Thank you, I'll try this. Is there any way to contact google about this issue or should i just lose hope on this one and go with your way?

Lose hope, I've never seen anyone do this before.

I have the same problem. Google sent me an email saying "Did you know you already have an existing Adsense account..." I don't know anything about it since this is my first time creating an Adsense account.
