yes ... certain states are legal.... but they definitely arent suppose to cross state lines...

Cannabis sent across state lines is illegal. However, it can be shipped in the state using a particular parcel service. I'm not looking to sell Cannabis just pipes there plenty of shops and cannabis services already to compete with through ought California. Pipes are allowed to be shipped to other states to my knowledge, if not it won't be long until they can be.
