I'm currently looking for the best droppshippers to use when it comes to the Marijuana industry for a variety of items (pipes, bongs, bubbers, dabs, etc).

i use to have a connection with custom bongs which sold anywhere from $100 to $10k each.... but those are custom per request.

Was also researching this topic as Cannabis is now legal in California. Its something i am extremely passionate about and know a whole bunch about. My problem i am running into is either
A. I call big brand company corporate sales and ask for wholesale information (RooR , Chameleon Pipes, etc..) they ask for a retail permit or business license . You must personally order products and have them shipped to your store. Can take anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks to receive.
B. Using Dropshipping sites like DH and Aliexpress , shipping time frames are horrible 15-40 days. Everyone is selling the products they provide equals more competition.

Currently i am am trying to sell as a sole proprietorship , i am not sure if i need to have a fictitious business name to sell online in California. Also not sure if i need a permit to sell tobacco related products on the web. Honestly i should talk to a attorney before i move forward with this but my pockets are tight and i see such a huge market i just do not want to pass on !

Heres what I will say about this as I live in Colorado. There are all sorts of business opportunities, as far as related business such as Apps, smoking lounges, etc. but thats up to whoevers creative.

When I first moved here I was buying from recreational shops, and you will get good stuff but you will pay out the ass in taxes. Well not really but a VERY high percent eg. 20% or 30%. What I am saying is the shops are for sure making a killing, especially off tourist.

Some of the smaller shops or medical shops in town probably still make plenty of bank, but the recreational fully legal shops charge the highest by far, for a similar product. Part of it is regulations, but small shops like Pot / Dab Lounges which is essentially a weed bar, operate quasi-legal through a "Credit" system.

My main thing for making money would be to get ready to build in a state that is close to legalization, get connections etc. and be one of the first ones to get your dispensary license, and you can make bank but its not internet marketing fully, its a brick and mortar but it would be cool. Of course with IM skills you could greatly increase foot traffic. Who knows, whats up with texas?

pot/dab lounges huh.... hmm.... cali right here...i think i need to take a trip to colorado and see how that works... i had a similiar idea in mind

Google "The Dab Lounge" in Colorado Springs. Since you showed interest I will describe this particular one.

It gets tons of foot traffic, basically you pay a 5$ cover and you can go in, chill, they have comedy shows, plenty of bongs etc.

They have a bar where you can buy dabs or weed, I do dabs mostly. They charge high prices compared to medical dispensaries, believe it or not even after full legalization having a medical card is still a huge difference in prices and quality here in Colorado.

Sometimes people come in to literally pay 5 or 6$ a dab for good dabs, and use it like a bar. I use it like a dispensary and come buy half grams and stuff, but I still pay out the ass compared to medical users who have separate shops, so I know they bank.

Sometimes their lower price wax is shitty, so I know they probably make even more money selling that because alot of people just come in and have no idea what to get.

Overall its not a bad place, great moneymaking opportunity in my opinion. I go there for convenience, technically they still can't open a FULL recreational dispensary within city limits, so driving to the full dispensary means the adjacent city which is a 20 minute drive, also its still more expensive.

The dab lounge requires you to be in their system, but it seems easy to just get them to add you if its your first visit. They say everything costs "Credits" but really you are still handing them cash or swiping a card. Only complain is some people clearly spend all day there and probably have no lives, but hey there are worse things you can do.

Yea i lived in Colorado between the years 2012-2015 , moved back to California in 2015. It was an awesome experience and definitely history, i actually went to the U.S. First Annual High Times got a cool T-Shirt out of it.
California won't actually have any Recreational shops until early 2018 no surprise , California wants to make sure they do everything right. I'm thinking of a more local approach ( Listing Shops, Reviews , Blogs , Events , then possibly a head shop) . I don't actually want to touch Cannabis as its still a very Grey Area federally. More like supply the people with the tools they need to find and smoke the stuff.

I'm approaching this like the California Gold Rush the people that made a pretty penny were not the actual miners (Except for a select few) but the people that supplied them with the picks and shovels. I actually put my Eccomerce idea on hold due to financial problems (500$ for DBA, and Tabacco Permit) but I will still be working on my website to get some google authority.
