Cannabis blogging

Wow what a coincidence. I only have two tabs open... the other tab has Long tail pro and guess the keyword am researching?



I am starting a multi-topic blog. (no fixed niche, i will basically blog about all thngs that interest me. Cannabis is one of them.)

I have been blogging about the cannabis industry for about 6 months now. Commissions aren't great, but traffic is increasing and so are the number of advertisers.

Our agency just came across a prominent editor at a cannabis publication looking for work because (and this isn't the only industry being affected by this) most in house writers and editors are being layed off. Most publications/magazines find it way cheaper to just use contributor based content. Either way it tells me there's guest post opportunities in this sector as well as potential since it's just starting to get off the ground here in the states.
My fiance is so close to landing a freelancing gig for one of these publications - can't wait to write off my taxes, traveling out to the West Coast

I'm in Vegas and there are only 2 print magazines specifically for cannabis. I know there is a need for good content, so I have been building a blog for the past 5 months targeting this sector. Hopefully your fiance lands a gig ✌

Huge potential, just weird because you cant really monetize with regular ad networks. gotta get more creative than adsense or native ads. thankfully there are still some good alternatives.
