What to do to prevent invalid traffic right from the beginning?

Do I use WP Advanced Ads plugin? They seem to claim they can prevent invalid traffic and clicks.

What are your experiences on the plugin and overall, how to totally block invalid traffic?

I use cloudflare in my adsense websites and it does the job pretty good.

It sounds to me you are in a competitive niche with so many haters. If that is the case and you receive many fake clicks form that particular countries then sure do it, otherwise no need to block the entire countries.
