+1 for Divi
I've experienced with over 100+ WP themes, so far I pretty sure Divi is the best for simple, lightweight and easy to maintain website.
Profit Builder 2.0 (PB) is good too but the support is slightly slow & small communities. So when you are facing a problem, you need to 100% depend on support. If I'm not wrong, PB has roughly 12k users while Divi has over 400k users.
I heard Genesis is another great theme to explore, unfortunately I never try it yet, so no comment here
Themeforest? ya, has to agree that it's a good option too.
In short, every theme has it own purpose and good for different categories of website.
