Let's all just suggest Themeforest. That answer might just be vague enough to be useful, won't it? Let's just hope the waiter doesn't tell me to go to a bottle store, next time I ask him to suggest a bottle of wine to go with my meal.

as other peoples said theam forest is the one of the best website and no 1 website for theam no doubt i also recommended theam forest for best and high quality theams.

I'll probably buy a theme in this week from Themeforest. Remember that it will be a software sales page and the tone should be like black/grey/blue/red etc. But some themes are customizable already.

Be careful on Avada's speed. I would use it only if you had a cache plugin our cloudflare. I have it running on a major site and the speed has always been an issue. The functions are AMAZING but it seems to come at speed cost.

I tend to be more biased towards genesis framework and child themes from studiopress. In terms of SEO, you cannot go wrong with either genesis or thesis. There is a landing page format in each and every genesis child theme though you might need to customize a bit towards your needs. Themeforest is good if you plan to use only for one website as their envato licenses are fixed to one domain only. Elegant themes is another good option especially their latest page builder theme.
