My audience doesn't understand english and if I dub the english content into my native language

Would it be counted as reused content by youtube ?

( I'm demonetized for reused content at the moment and trying to gain monetization )

yeah your still going to have copyrighted content, your just dubbing it over, just like if you muted it

If you add enough value though youtube might pass it

Can you clarify the ‛enough value’
This is what yt staff says but they never explain it.

it means if you change the content to something else like make it add value in another way, like you make the dub into something, not just say the lines

But I wouldnt count on that type of content usually passing review anyway though, review is pretty simple, you need basic real life footage and vlogs, and a matching cover theme, thats literally it

If the content is done by you then no problem but if u are going to use someone else videos no don't do it.

If I simply mute the original video and voiceover it by my own voice
Will it work?

See the Sadhguru Hindi channel, it uses the video form Sadhguru channel

You can monetize any content, but theres a content and audio match on youtube you have to get around, watch viral tiktok channels for editing advice and movie channels
