Can you help me ?

You can upload the theme via ftp in .zip version, then unzip theme in wp-include/themes

What do you mean by "it doesn't work"?
What error do you get? Post a screenshot.

Also, what happens if you go to appearance > themes and try to enable the theme from there?

Yea. Post a screenshot about your issue here for us. We can help you on this.

The /wp-content/themes directory is not writable, use the cPanel of the host or FTP to set permissions to 755

You can transfer the theme by means of ftp in .zip version, then unfasten theme in wp-incorporate/subjects

Who are you hosting with? How did you install WordPress?
You might also need to CHOWN to the webserver user if this is a setup that's closer to a bare server than WP optimised, otherwise this type of problem will sneak up all over the place.

correct. chown -r root:www-data /path/to/site should solve the problem... but then.. OP never posted back in this thread.

if it is a zip file then transfer the file and if it is you should'nt have activated the theme

If your using hosting with cpanel you may need to go in the backend and make sure that the zip upload is active and allowed. Had this issue before and it's a simple fix you just need to know it exists. Should be in your php options
