Can you create Android and Apple Apps? Create my ideas

Hey guys I am looking for someone who is good at coding games for android and apple, I have unique and original ideas that will have their place in the marketplace. Mostly Multiplayer apps that have viral capability (play with friends etc). I plan to have millions of players and flip the company down the line.
