on my spreadsheet of sites, i have how many days since I done seo, and how many days since I uploaded an article, I try to keep both under a week,

If you put the work and focus in, absolutely. I consider myself extremely proficient in content writing, rep management (which has at least 10 subsets of the SEO process), and data analysis. I'm also working on proficiency in full stack web development via Codecademy Pro.
Focus, direct your energy, drop an hour or two of sleep and push that towards increasing your skills. Once you get highly proficient at something, hire someone to do it for you and teach them how to get to the same level. That's how you "scale".
