Can we trust a person and pay him for developing a bot in BHW

I am seeing lot of people say that they can develop a bot but they were asking some money in order to start and remaining after finishing.How can i be safe while i pay them some money .If he cannot deliver it after i pay him some money I am in loss.How can we mutually come to an understanding of payment ,any services/sites are there to have a mutual understanding with payment.How can i protect my payment.

I posted this on another thread today, but i'll post it here as well. Use these three points before engaging in a project with another BHW member

A. Almost never mess with anyone that doesn't have at least 100 posts or is a Jr. VIP
B. Question the coder thoroughly on what coding method's he will use to get your project done, and his knowledge of coding, If you know what your doing more than he does when it comes to how the bot should be made then don't even bother with him.
C. If you don't have prior history with the coder pay half upfront, and the other half when the project is complete.

DO NOT do deals with people who say they do not have a BHW account. (#1 story)

DO NOT do deals with people who have a new account (you can but I would not send the money first AT ALL)

Besides the people in the category above most will be trustworthy.

I allways pay people who takes money after service, bot or whatever is done, and when i checked it and it works fully. Ill pay them all the cash needed and some extra if work is good. And believe me, when you find trustable guy, never ever throw him away and work with him, and stay close friend

For services , who have BST, it minimize the risk, but make sure to read all reviews, especially paid ones, then if all looks good, go for it.

Other than that, to protect yourself, try to use Escrow, or middle man like elance, freeancer etc.

also dont give your money to users with 1-30 posts who joined the
forum in the last month, most will take your money and run

seek out a member who has been here a few yrs with a good post history
check there profile of posts to show there active, and if possible go for
a donor / vip with at least 2-500 posts

Whats the safest way to pay him so that i don't loose my money if he tries to scam me also.Can i claim for dispute etc.Do you know any site ?

As many already stated make sure they have been a solid member for a decent amount of time and that their account on this forum is actually worth something to them.. nothing beats paying half upfront and then half when the project is complete.. if you get scammed you'd rather be at half a loss than a full loss.. it is tough trusting people when they can hide behind a screen or username and just click the old 'X' button when they want to dissappear. :|

There's escrow services, but they cost money, and he won't be able to access/use it until you give the release saying the job has been completed. There'd be nothing stopping him from just keeping that money and bolting at that point. Unfortunately there's no 100% perfect way to avoid being scammed in this situation. Ask for screen shots, demo's of the bot working, maybe even teamview with him if possible. Try and outline a schedule, whereby he'll deliver screen shots of his progress, or even better let you teamview with him. Maybe every 2-3 days you guys can get on team viewer together and he can show you the progress, and as it gets closer to being finished he can show you a demo of it working.

There's no guarantee's there either, but usually someone wouldn't agree, and then comply with everything along the way, only to rip you off at the very end. That doesn't mean it won't happen, there's plenty of scumbags on here, but short of standing over their shoulder it might be your best bet. Do your homework on whoever you decide to work with though, google their name, skype name, anything you have, and see if anything phishy comes up. Good luck though.

instead of getting scammed better to pay for escrow.What do you say?But do you think BHW is the right place to Hire a Freelancer for this kind of jobs?
