Can too much content harm SEO?

It won't be a problem, make sure the content is adding value to the reader.

Lots of luck mate :)

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question: I'm on my way to start creating content for my money site, and I'm planning around 5,000 words a week (I have a copywriter). Would this be too much content and harm SEO, or would it make me rank faster? The content will be all very high quality.
5000 words is not much, good content is always appreciated

Its just that your content has to be 100% unique, do not stuff in too many keywords. It can become overwhelming.... and tooo big a content is not welcome. As a few experts have suggested above, 5k words is fine..and yes! as long as your article is unique and relevant to the niche nothing to worry.

Good luck! :smirk:

Content volume should not matter. But be careful with fluffy and keyword stuffed content. Fluffy content will put off your visitors and stuffed content will tick off the search engines. I had a diet site crashing in 2 months time due to excessive keyword stuffing in content.

As long as it comes from a copywriter, can I can say is that you are going to have a long journey! Good luck!

It doesn't a problem, but you should be aware of niche releated content and unique
