Can This Get me Blocked on IG?

I paid for a service that got me x amount of followers on IG within couple of weeks on an aged account. Many of the accounts are from same country. Sorry for such an obvious question but if the service has many accounts that they provide a follow-is IG blocking this from happening? So i only have access to my account and someone else providing follows from various accounts. Thanks

I think IG just can remove the followers if they dont have any access to your account.
