I don't see that would be the case... I don't ever get charged for received calls. Ever. At all. Not once.

I think they are expecting some people to call the number on caller ID and when they do they are charged. It's a scam that's in the news her in the states right now.

I have heard about something like this. I am into call-centers and stuff and from a lot of people i came to know about a new automated process. It's called IVR Blasting. Maybe this is what it is. I am just presuming.

Yes Granit is actually right. In that time in Kosovo it was like that, some random number would call you and then you would get charged when you answer.

I know but better late than never LOL. Anyway what Granit said it's true there was a time in Kosovo where people would make such things from outside of the countries. I still wonder how after answering the call your entire balance would empty and the phone providers never had an answer on how it happened.
