There are tens and thousands of websites that offer jobs such as monster.com as well as indeed and many countless others. They must have a large database. Now what I was thinking is this:

Is it possible to design a software or does it already exist, something that can scrape the emails or resumes of those that apply through these websites? You know where I'm going with this

I don't think the emails of applicants are publicly available and hence scraping won't be possible.

Pretty much you would be exploiting a vulnerability if you could do this.

But happy to see evidence.

No it’s not possible. As above, that data is not going to be publically accessible.

You can't scrape this kind of information from these companies. But you can buy leads from legit sources if that's what you need.

Legit sources I agree but then again had I been the owner/partner/manager of that company wouldn't it make more sense to collect leads and then convert that into sales instead of selling those precious gems of information?
