In a case i no there was 1 scammer who had about 20 people under him he had cash going everywere around the country after nearly 2 years off the feds looking into it thay finealy got a lead from a burner phone.
Basicly the guy was a junkie but was working with the scammer he stoped in his car to smoke meth at a football club in daylight cops came along busted him and got the burner phone from him got the scammers details off them...
