Can the Search Console's N/A URLs be fixed?

I noticed in Search Console that from a site giving me backlinks, Search Console only reads one target URL. All other URLs are marked "N/A," which practically means it hasn't crawled the keywords.



I have the following questions:

1. Does this mean that those backlinks are wasted?

2. All the backlinks shown in the screenshot are from the same site. How is it possible that Google has indexed only one, considering that I’ve followed the same strategy for all?

3. What could I do to get those particular pages indexed from the site linking to mine?

Not wasted! Google might just need more time or sees them as low-priority. It could be due to crawl budget, duplicate content, or indexing issues on the linking site. Try requesting indexing in Search Console, improving internal links on the linking site, and ensuring it's well-indexed.

N/A means nothing other than the links are pointing to the target page from that specific linking website,
In your case, all of these links simply mean they're linking to your website homepage (I'm assuming it's the case for the blurred URL),

You don't have to rely on the GSC links report neither, it's not accurate, and neither will show all of the links,
And even low-quality ones do often show in there, despite being no-indexed and totally useless
