Already you are going very good strategy. Please go ahead with PBN backlinks and Guest Post Backlinks.
 
Yes you can give it a shot since you already have a few backlinks placed. If the PBN is well ranked and already got traffic, make sure to direct some traffic to your site before adding a backlink to the PBN. It will help you look more natural.
 
You can go for it. Even if sand-box might still be in place. As soon as it's gone you will get a boost. (it might even help reduce it)

Thank you very much, I just purchased some PBN and guest post backlinks, and there is a keyword to enter page 4.

isnt the whole point of pbn for the domain to have some juice, otherwise what is the point, anyone could buy a domain build a blog, and link.
