in my opinions:
- take good server/hosting company. but if you own the server and it is new domain name server example "ns1.blablayourownserver.com and ns2.blablayourownserver" it need time about months because new name server.
- clean website design
- good and high quality content.
- avoid spamming, try to make backlink using GSA ( www dot gsa-online dot de ) with schedule and volume, do not over backlink. lower than 10000 backlink in a month. continue it in the next month. and Scrapebox for another tools.
- share it in many social media like twitter, facebook, etc.

ok i did all those things you said now what should i do?

Looks like you still have some on-page aspects to take care of - but now I would look for someone to edit the content. There are mistakes and typos in it.
