I have a Google account.
I want to advertise keywords related to casinos.

But I don't know how to "cloaking."

Can someone tell me how to "cloaking"?

If the account is new and has not spent anything, it will be difficult to advertise on gambling related keywords. Instead, you can advertise with the name of a gambling site, etc. If you see that you can advertise on the keywords you want, you need to use a cloaker. You can redirect to the site you want with a cloaker.
 
honestly , if you spend enough time in Cloaking and Content Generators section, you can learn a lot about cloaking , so many people asked same questions - and many people did answer those questions, with some decent tips and tricks. just test fail and test again - that's how you will learn - its better in long term , then pay someone to do that, if you learn by yourself - you don't need to depend on others.
 
Google ads on a general with cloaking is going to be a expensive setup . I would suggest you focus your time in finding someone reliable to run Google ads for you instead of learning the way to run ads because it would take you a lot of time and money before you reach halfway .

better to invest in buying banner space from casino related sites or blogs.

cloaking is just hiding the ads you're running from your platform, so if you don't google to know you are running something with women makeup, you get a cloaker to avoid bans, they are 500-1k$
