Can Someone tell How to post a link inside a comment

I am running my head all around the internet and cannot find answer to my one question
"How can I post a link inside the comment"

It is not a regular blog and I have used all codes or formulas I have seen and used since long but no way it is being posted, So I though I should take help of someone intelligent and more experienced than me.

Please do not give all those ridiculous ideas about the html tags as I am talking specific.

If the moderators allow me to post a link I want to mention that particular blog post where I wanted to post the comment to

Please check the attached file for the blog post I am trying to post comment on

Please let me know how to post a link in this blog post I have mentioned.

As I have searched Google and a lot of I found out there telling all same and the regular things but no one relevant. And here I have to raise a second though in my mind "Is google still giving relevant results"

I have tried to post the link of that blog but the forum for some or the other reason not allowing me to do so .

If some senior member can help me do PM me

you can do that because you are newbie and you should read the rules first for registration of your account.i think.
Other wise you can only post on hire a freelancer or link in your home page of BHW.
 
It's because you might need some reputation there in order to embed links.
 
BUddy lets not talk about embedding link and my reputation

Incase your ahref url option isn't working, I suggest try and see if there are differing comments posting options on the blog or article you are trying to generate backlink from. Generally they have different modes of posting comment and there is a separate section for posting links (separate tab I would say)

and this page is pure spam. are you sure you like a link there ?
 
you can just try to copy the link from URL bar of the web browser and then paste it in comment box. otherwise if the comment box is giving the hyperlink option then you just need to select the text you want to link it to the website which you want the click on that hyper link button which has symbol like chain. and just paste the website link in the text-box opened and press OK.

your link is added to that comment.
 
Right Click --> Inspect element provided some class names. Googling those revealed that this comment platform is built off of something called Sitefinity. From there, found this page:

The answer is that you can add a link by highlighting the desired anchor text and pressing Ctrl+K. But that page is garbage and probably not the best place to drop a link.

Sure, it is a spammy website and definitely, it is bad for your money site, but I think it is good enough for tier 3 backlink.
