You should use dedicated accounts to fix automatic payment issues.
 
Many people are currently facing the same problems as you: personal accounts are restricted, automatic payments are difficult, limits are low, accounts are easily locked, limits are reduced, etc. This makes expanding advertising, optimizing costs, and maintaining long-term campaigns very difficult. You could switch to using a business account.
 
Instead of searching for and using accounts with low spending limits, try using some providers that offer BM2500 accounts. These BM accounts are very strong and have high spending limits.
 
That’s pretty much the situation right now. Personal ad accounts are heavily limited, auto-pay is rare, and spend caps get cut very fast. Personal accounts are basically burned now. Spend caps and restrictions are normal. If you want stability, move to aged BM ad accounts and scale slower.

Facebook is moving toward supporting businesses with greater stability and easier management. You should use a verified business account to run ads for better results.

I've noticed that advertising accounts with a history of previous spending and UID under 10 digits are performing very well.
 
Finding a legitimate and reputable agency is the current trend, as personal accounts are no longer suitable for advertising due to their numerous limitations.
 
Personal accounts are difficult to expand budgets with and have manual payment procedures; you might consider switching to a business or agency account.

I'm using both my personal and agent accounts and they're working fine. Could there be a problem with the account you're using?
 
In my experience, business accounts are generally more stable than personal accounts. However, personal accounts can still be effective if managed properly.
 
This is simply due to account setup; I use a personal account and everything is fine, only a few accounts were unfortunately converted to prepaid.
 
Running ads with a personal account now makes it very easy to get limited, payments held, and the low threshold is due to Meta's risk-scoring system. A more sustainable solution is to use a Business Manager (BM) with a stable spending history, increase trust through regular payments, or partner with an agency/BM that already has a high limit. Dividing the budget across multiple BMs/campaigns instead of pushing everything through a single personal account will help stabilize things and avoid the current strict limitations
