Can someone help me explain the $250 account limit issue?

limit 250$ per day your spending limit per day.
Keep spending it and there will be no other problems.

If you change your account’s currency, country, or time zone, Facebook will probably reset your spending limit like you’ve just made a new account. It’s better to keep things stable and build up your spending slowly. You can check your current limit using SMIT, but once it drops, it’s pretty hard to get it back up.

It's like a common issue right now. Can't do anything but ask for FB support team to increase it. However, to do that, you need high trust score

Is it just reduced in daily spending limit, don't worry when you spend and pay it will increase again
