Can someone help me explain the $250 account limit issue?

When you change your country time zone, Facebook will suspect you of fraud and reduce your ad account spending limit.

Are you unable to work without changing currency and time zone? Or is buying accounts from your home country not an option?

It’s likely due to regional settings, try contacting support to clarify how the changes affect your account limit.

I tried to change country US and Bangkok. But it can only change to Bangkok

No I have a way to avoid paying the $250. It will start as a $250 limit on my account.

It sounds like there might be some restrictions based on the region you're trying to select. You could try clearing your cache or using a different browser

I tried by sharing to a BM. Then I will change by sharing the account from BM to another account. It seems a little better
 
It is because your account has been spammed. You should look for a good quality account before creating an advertising account.

Transferring via BM can sometimes help reset limits or unlock more settings.

Our account is pretty good. It has identity verification.

It also helped me in many good tips like appeal disabled account. One of my expert showed me how to use the tip with BM
