The most common reasons are banned country and blacklisted IP address. You might be using 4G mobile proxy which is blacklisted.

Actually reason is when you save your information, because clickbank check your cookies, check your mobile or pc data and decide to approve it or not. Try change pc and email etc. to create a account.

Yes, u are right, but It's not as far as PC information, a simple fresh firefox profile would do the trick. Or, he could use dolphy browser to be even more sure. Pc is not really needed.
