use VPN or proxy and a fresh browser, and new info, then you should be fine.

I got banned first time I tried to create an account. I tried again seconds later and got approved. I got lucky but maybe you can contact them?

Yes, u are right, but It's not as far as PC information, a simple fresh firefox profile would do the trick. Or, he could use dolphy browser to be even more sure. Pc is not really needed.

I have friends in another country so what i want to know is if they make a profile for me from another country and i try to work here can they ban me?

You can create account in another country using proxy. You can cashout using stealth Paypal account, and then transfer to your account.

Residential proxies are usually safe. You can get proxies from 911 or through Marketplace sellers.

The ip from which you are creating account is the problem.
Have same problem before and solve by using private proxies.
