this is great thread. Now i know why some of my websites never rank. i have already fix some post. for sure there was overoptimization. This thread is about onpage keyword density. i did understand that i can fix the keyword density for page and google will rank my website again, but when i did it for my backlink profile, it will be the same?

If you check the thread really well there are also some hints on what anchor text distribution ratio you should have. But as far as i understand you were ranking with the same backlink profile right? or did you add additional backlinks?
What about the seller of the PBN links? Did he reply?

after pbn backlinks my website jumped to page 2. but website was there for a few days, then disappeared. I thought its temporally. i am pretty sure that i used to many anchor related to main keyword, not so many url and generic anchors.
yes, he did. none of his network got hit. he want to help me also. now i ask him to change anchors in these PBN post. will it help?
also, i did on-page optimization for my website.

my website is back to the serp. it happened, one day after he changed anchors in these post. i am happy.
but the strange thing is, that the homepage is ranked on 24 position, 25 is some inner page, and 26 is sitemap for the same primary keyword

The behavior you described earlier is normal for a new domain that receives a bulk of backlinks in a short period of time.
It takes time for Google to position you on the SERP - they have a huge database, and while the calculations propagate your website "dances".
The quoted behavior is normal as well. I believe they try to find out what pages are more important at that stage.
Position 24 is not normal however, you're luckily to stay there, if you dont add links.

I bought many PBN links here but my sites were penalized, so I'm carefully to buy PBN links now.
I investigated about why my sites were penalized, I found the PBN domains were blocked by G00G1e
Use "site:domain.com" found now results.
Some PBN providers accept all orders for making money, these orders include "Bad neighbors" (Websites not just buy PBN links, do black hat too) cause G blocked these PBN.
I also don't trust "permanent homepage link" now. All bullshit, waste of my money.
And, socials signals will not hurt SERP, but bad G00G1e+1 will ( if G00G1e ban these G00G1e accounts)
Carefully choose G+ provider.

now everything going all right. what i can say, after building links frmm Q/A websites, my website once again moved to nowhere and what i did - i made a redirect my old domain to that one, and it got good boost, now is on first page.
