Can really njalla ban you from accessing your domains

It is hard to say what was exactly on that thread - maybe some drunk guy on support?
I am using Njal for not so long time, so can't say anything bad or good.

100% they can ban you from them.
njal.la isnt a registry.
when you transfer a domain to them, they actually become the owner. well, they use tucows as their registry, but they are officially their domain.
u break their rules or talk anything political, your banned and they now own ur domains.
its in their privacy/terms.

The thing with njal.la is you don't own the domains even when you've paid for them. The domains are registered under their own name. So, yes, they can shut you down anytime and still reply you in slangs, you'll have no legal remedy, because most people running domains through njal.la are not exactly doing legal things either. Lol. That's how it is with shady things.

I also posted a thread about this. Got the exact same issue

Warning! Njalla suspended my domain, they transfer my domain from tucows to sarek before they suspend. my domain extension is .se sweden cctld morethan 1month old domain. moviesite, no ads, low traffic, no deceptive ads/link cpa subscription etc. they did not email or inform me before suspending the domain name. it is worst experience than other big website they delete the domain similar to non registered domain that is what happen to my domain when you visit the website.

so lets get the facts straight:
you messaged njalla for a whois and they showed u and explained what ServerHold means.
The owner of the TLD .se (sweden) suspended your domain name and ur blaming njalla who have no control.
you have provided zero evidence that njalla are even involved.
u say theyve transferred to sarek with no evidence/whois proof on sarek website.

my multiple domains that have been on njalla running movie sites for over 4 years call BS

we have different experience your lucky they have not targeted your domain, i also have domain in njalla in different account and they are ok. but the fun part is they transfer the domain from tucows to sarek then immediately shutdown the domain like it is an unregistered domain.
You cant whois your domain in sarek if your domain is in different registrar.

i was probably abit harsh there so my apologize, but firstly, sweden is not a dmca ignore country. but someone mustve reported your domain or ur domain had a forbidden word(ie. for .eu you cannot use "putlocker") because for a domain to be only a month or 2 old and the actual TLD requesting it, that is 100% not normal. one of my domains is a .com and the TLD has never requested it(had for 3 years running movie streaming site), so something mustve been up with ur domain name i would say. from my experience, njal has always been respectful to people that show respect to them. an example is when Dr. Something(cant rememeber his alias, but a main software cracker) was emailed and given 24hours to move his domain name or they would have to surrender it to the TLD. something is not right. either ur not telling us something, or theres something youve not thought about to be the reason of the surrender to the TLD.

i did not receive any email, ive contacted njalla twice in support ticket and sarek yesterday, ive got response from njalla reply today the ss above.
i am working hard to post daily then 1st day of this month my website is down, if you visit a non existing website thats the same you will see when i visit my website.
then first i thought it was hosting but the other website is working fine so its a no, then i thought maybe cloudflare kick me so ive change my ns to hosting ns but it cant be change,
then i try to check my domain whois and found out that domain status is not ok.
it is a small moviesite, without ads or anything. there are random people experience this on njalla they just have no time to post or share here, im am not doing this if im not mad from what theyve done.

as you said your .com ok but .se is not? its not about the country why thepiratebay is still operating? there are big company wanted to take there domain down why domain registry cant take it down? 1 month old domain without traffic, without court order, maybe a random person or competitor reported my domain they instantly shut it down that is funny.
some domain would take legal pressure to take there domain down and me after 1month random person/competitor email them then they takedown the domain immediately. they takedown my domain without due process :D
