yup. the response was totally unprofessional. Even a sole-proprietor based small business would use professional words.
and moreover, Njalla is not unreliable to register your domains with.
Everyday there are lots of complaints on the internet about Njalla terminating / suspending and even confiscating the users' domains and that user have no access to their own asset anymore.
Its nice that OP has written Njalla-review and concluded that Njal.la is
domain registrar.and also altered rest of us here on black-hat world and on entire web!

Technically they're not a registrar, they only register the domain on your behalf so basically they "own" your domain and can do whatever they wish with it.
If you're concerned about privacy you can register with Epik and pay with crypto. Epik is the best registrar imo for privacy.

lololol I never had a problem with them. Only issue I had was once I renewed a domain and it didn't automatically update the date in their system. They gave me a free year extra because now it says 2023. Must just be you doing some extremely illegal shit considering they basically told you to pack up and go. I still don't get the point of using Nja. la. From what I can see they are extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Use whois and check the most popular adult sites on the net, they are using NameCheap or NameSilo.
If you gonna post some inappropriate content ANY provider will close your account.

There are a lot of complaints about Njalla, That they are stealing domain, and not answering properly. Just going to move my money site to njalla but stop after seeing all the complaints.
I just want a register who is soft on DMCA.
USA base registers like Namecheap, porkbun might ignore small DMCA complaints, but if big fish complain most likely going to take action.
After a lot of tos reading, I go with easydns, they are the current register of thepiratebay, You need a Canadian court order if you want them to comply.
Easydns charges ($15.50 for .net /. com + 7.5 for privacy + 0.18) $22.68
I didn't go with Shinjiru after hearing a lot of good things because of the tos.

NJAL.LA SEIZED 3 of my domains 2 weeks ago. The domains were parked and had been there for over a year. $45 left in the account wallet. They just turned off all access to DNS so the domains do not resolve. When I contacted support they just respond with "you know what you did." No recourse no explanation. I have never been on this board before I literally just created this account to vent the fact that NJA.LA literally just took my domains and my accounts funds and are not offering a reason why or an option to even transfer out. FYI.

STAY AWAY FROM NJA.LA! They just took down my website and I have no access to my email now either! Just poof gone, no advance warning!!! This was my job, my income! I'm extremely upset!!!!
