Can Pinterest Work for Promoting IPTV?

Hey everyone,
I’ve been thinking about trying out different platforms to promote IPTV, and Pinterest came to mind. I know it’s mostly used for stuff like fashion, recipes, and DIY—but has anyone here actually tried it for something like IPTV?

Not sure if it’s even the right audience, or if it just gets flagged right away. Just curious if it’s worth testing, or if I should focus on other channels.

Would love to hear any thoughts or experiences. Thanks!

Maybe not a direct answer to your question, but if you decide to just test and learn on your own, you can do it cheaply by bulk-creating content with a tool like PinGenerator [dot] com. Best of luck!
 
Must try Reddit and Discord. Join IPTV or cord cutter groups. Share helpful setup tips and drop your link when it’s allowed. It’s free and reaches the right people.

IG or Reddit would be better for this. Not to mention, Pinterest traffic is mostly bots. Good luck trying to monetize anything from it :)

Maybe, but I don't think it's the most suitable social media to find a IPTV customer

Just analyze the traffic when people hit your site. You will see ;-)

I'm speaking from experience but of course, if anyone wants to waste their time testing it out... go for it.
 
Pinterest isn’t ideal for IPTV—wrong audience and high flag risk. Better to focus on Telegram, forums, or niche blogs. Still, no harm testing with indirect content like tech tips or setup guides.
 
Pinterest isn’t ideal for promoting IPTV since it’s focused on lifestyle and DIY niches, and IPTV promos may get flagged or banned quickly. Better to focus on platforms like Reddit, forums, or targeted social media where IPTV audiences hang out. Testing Pinterest won’t hurt but expect low results.
 
Pinterest traffic is mostly platform-based and doesn't want to leave the platform. Their views to clicks ratio is very small. Moreover, there are hardly any audiences for IPTV on Pinterest. You can try promoting it through fb groups and parasites.
 
Every platform where you can get some eyeballs towards your images or text that definitely works. Just needs to be creative.

At best, you can use it for some link references. Never had Pinterest as a big source of referrals to my website.

That is true, especially for blog posts.
 
Pinterest has strict policies on streaming, copyright and sensitive content that can easily be flagged or shadowbanned if not filtered carefully. I think you should use another browser
