Can no longer SPAM on instagram on a large scale

Seems like Instagram is asking for phone reverification after every 'x' action. From a spammer point of view, it actually brings up the cost of spamming as there is a need to do phone reverification. How many of you who are in the instagram niche faces this issue? Did you manage to come up with a way to overcome this?

One of the way I was thinking is to use lesser instagram accounts but be more targeted in the following/ unfollowing so that you can build up a targeted niche. With the growing trend of PVA requirement by social media, it seems that the days of easy spamming is going to be gone soon.
