Can my Adsense get banned ?

Hi guys ,
my name is stuart and i started a Youtube Channel where I upload daily videos of potential viralvideos that are from sources like liveleak and other sites.
My question now is if i patner with Youtube and pair my Adsense with it is it possible to get banned because my content is not original. (because if you press the monetize button in the terms and conditon you agree that have the rights for the content)
And if is there any way to monetize my videos ? (Would it help to patner with a Youtube Network ?)

(I uploaded 14 videos and already made 30k views)

It is always possible to get your Adsense banned if you are not doing something that is fully white hat/legit.
 
So what would you do in my position risk it or is their any other ways to turn those views in money ?
 
Worth trying I guess, depending on how much you'll make. If it doesn't work, try another method.
 
They can ban you for this if they finds out
 
Actually i am planning on doing a gaming channel(is going to be patnered with a network) but i want to start uploading on it in a month because i am recording a let's play series currently. And if i monetize my other channel with my Adsense and it would get banned would the network help me to get my adsense back?
Or is it more like once your adsense is banned you never get it back ?
And also my channel with the viralvideos is monetized just not paired with my adsense will i get the money that i made or will just get the money after i paired with adsense ?
e.g. in 4 days i made 100 $ not paired with adsense will that money all go to google because my adsense was not paired ?

If the content is from live leak but it was duplicated from youtube then the person that made the original video could find it and complain to YT. Then YT will either remove your video or possibly adsense. So there is always a risk.
 
On first google check you are out from adsense team if you continue doing that.
 
Youtube will delete your video if you dont own the copyrights. If they do this multiple times you will lose your adsense status
 
Yes your adsense account will be banned. I know i guy who's uploading scraped videos.
 
Just because it is on live leak, that does not mean it isn't already copyrighted.

Always make sure the content you upload isn't copyrighted, and you should be good, I assume.

People can always click bomb you. That's if Youtube is stupid enough still today to not be able to understand click bombing.
 
I could be mistaken, but speaking of your planned partnership with a network (separate from regular adsense ads), don't those ads go through them and NOT adsense, hence the generally higher CPC etc? If this is true, just work toward getting partnered with an outside network. I recall this years ago when I uploaded original content and was approached by ad networks.

The videos that I upload are mostly from people who I personally don't believe that don't knwo a lot about licensing.(People who just upload the videos to share it with friends and not know that you can make money )
But what I thought the problem could be Liveleak do they own the video Content if someone upload on their site ?
 
I think there's a possibility that you could get banned because you need original content for you to succeed in using adsense on your account.

Google is really complicated when it comes to monetizing on youtube channels. They are way too strict and even ban channels who do stuff legit only because they see some sort of weird activity. They are a pain.
