Tier 1 PBNs consist of approximately 20-40 sites, with many ******** links from domains having DA 90+.Very unlikely with the quality of PBN's being sold on BHW.
There are some top shelf options which will move the needle though. You're talking $250 and up (long way up) per year for a single PBN (Yes, 1 link!) of this nature. And you'll need plenty of them.
P.S So many other factors go into ranking, too.
I am planning to use various anchor texts with PBNs to rank my money site.Do you mean typical homepage placement links?
I highly doubt it.
It would be very unnatural link profile.
But if you combine homepage + creative inner placements maybe.
That’s nice but that will not diversify placement.I am planning to use various anchor texts with PBNs to rank my money site.

It might but in this case we are talking about specific pages on the PBN units.Does "diversity of placement" mean creating various types of links? For example, profile links and comment links?
Are you saying it's better to build links to various pages, not just the main homepage link?It might but in this case we are talking about specific pages on the PBN units.
Mainly homepage vs other pages and their ratio.
Homepage links should be kept to a minimum.
You can Rank any KD keyword with Quality backlinks like Guest post on HQ sites. Is it possible to rank keywords with KD 80+ using only high-quality PBNs structured as Tier 1 and Tier 2?
I'm curious if it can be achieved solely with PBNs, without blog comment links, profile links, web 2.0 links, or social bookmark links.
Now you are mixing in targets. That’s a completely different matter. Are you saying it's better to build links to various pages, not just the main homepage link?
What if we build much stronger Tier 2 and Tier 1 PBNs than our competitors? The simple logic in this case dictates that if something is easy and/or cheap to do, all the other competitors in the high-competition space are already doing it and more. If you are just doing something basic and simple, it's very unlikely for it to overcome the high competition. If it could, it wouldn't be high competition, right? And you could come to that conclusion even if you have very little knowledge about SEO.
Others have pointed out already that if you stick to PBNs only, your link profile will be very strange. If you do this one thing even harder, the link profile would appear even more suspicious. Sometimes this approach works, but it appears to be less and less often with every update. If you feel like it, give it a try and let us know how it goes. What if we build much stronger Tier 2 and Tier 1 PBNs than our competitors?
If my money site already has many top-quality backlinks, wouldn't that be fine?Others have pointed out already that if you stick to PBNs only, your link profile will be very strange. If you already have a strong and diverse link profile, adding a strong PBN to the mix is different. Your question sounded like you are asking whether you can use only the PBNs to rank and that's the question most of us have answered. If my money site already has many top-quality backlinks, wouldn't that be fine?
I am using the best quality, aged domains that I purchased, and they already have many backlinks, including high-quality ones with DA 95+.
