i have PAYONEER DEBiT CARD. I register to PAYPAL.... but i need to see the CODE that the PAYPAL gave. BUT how i can get/see the code that the PAYPAL was sent??? i cant see anything in may PAYONEER account. i check in the company that i open the card but thre is no records. i only seen may LOADING HIUSTORY but the code from PAYPAL i cannot see. Pls help. Thank you....

It won't work. The block most (if not all) prepaid cards like payoneer.

Once the transaction is made, you can login to your My Account page, go to the "Tools" menu and select "View Transactions." The code you need will be listed in the description of the transaction.
You can use the card to verify a PayPal account, as it is a debit MasterCard, however approval would ultimately be up to PayPal.
Note: as the card is prepaid, you need to make sure that it's active and has available funds.

Hello guys I need help with PayPal.
I have Payoneer debit card from Fiverr and I want to verify my PayPal account with the same, but I am from Macedonia and in my country PayPal is not allowed, I have PayPal with my real name but with fake address, is that gonna be a problem if I verify it with my Payoneer card? Is there gonna be problems for me? I just want to send funds to other PayPal accounts I don't want to withdraw, but I can't do this because I have limits because my PayPal account is non verified. Please help me, thanks.

Payoneer is not able to provide you with a solution to circumvent PayPal regulations in any way. If it is not available in yoru country, you will unfortunately not be able to open a PayPal account.
I would suggest contacting them and asking them to make the service available in your country.
