i think your paypal address and your address which is registered with payoneer should match
btw i also verified my paypal with a payoneer card, but im from a supported country and the address on my card matches with my paypal address
so maybe it isn't so much help for you, but you can verify your account with a payoneer card for sure

I haven't make a payoneer debit card yet but soon i will make it via plimus.com I don't know payoneer takes my address or not andif they take my address then paypal will get to know my address if i verify my PP account?
Anybody of you with non supported country have try this method?

The CC didn't give any information like adress etc. to PP, if there is no problem with the fund.
But sure, the CC will like to know normaly your adress, name, birthday etc.
PayPal only knows the country from the creditcard, cause on all cards the first 2 numbers are the country code.

so if i will going to have a Payooner debit card, even if i am from philippines, does the "country code" still in US?
so if my card country code did not match the country which i put in PP, so paypal will going to lock my account?

IF your country is not supported by paypal then i think you will get ban. Don't know.

You can verify your PayPal account with payoneer card but your adress, index and name must be same with your Payoneer card. One year ago i verify my Estonia paypal account with Payoneer card there was no problem. I dont know about currents situation works or no. If you can't complete this use VCC. I have vcc which works with any country where credit card verification possible. I can provide you if you need. Good luck!

If you obtained your Payoneer CC from affiliate site, perhaps it was sent to you with nothing in it. No money in it should I say. It is important for your CC to have at least $2 in it.
You can load it with a minimum of $20 as far as I've tried loading it before. i don't know if it's still minimum $20. You cannot load it with only $2.

If you're planning on registering through Paypal you need to look at several factors. Most important one is which country paypal you are trying to register for. Alot of countries have different ways and different roadblocks. For instance India has alot of known problems.
Payoneer is a prepaid card. That means unless you register it, you can withdraw and charge it with any billing address.
-. You need to know the country in which your Payoneer card is registered to. As in which currency it is in. If someone pays you in $dollars and you card gets a FX rate, then you need to know what country so you can use it for your billing address.
-. Using your IP address on paypal. If you happen to successfully register with your Payoneer through paypal and claim to be in the U.S. but you're logging in from lets say India, youre account is going to get limited. Bottom line.

I used my walmart debt card to verify. Just log into your walmart card and to go the Bank Transfer and get the info. Add the bank account to pp and in a day or two you will see the amounts on your card. There you go, it cost you 3.95 to get the card and now you have a verify pp account....
