can I use rotating proxy on a social media account or it could get flagged or ban since every time I will be using the account IP address will be different. IP address is same for 15 minutes to half an hour or 1 hour sometime I can use cookies for login but what about using the account and what about Reddit specifically reddit what if every time I want to make a post my IP address is different. this shorly can't be a good thing but I don't have any alternative so what do you guys think? and what if the IP address is different but the city is the same?

It depend on many factors,
- the social media
- behavior with the accounts
- is the ip shared on multiple accounts
- mobile or not
- how many time connecting with a different one
- quality of the proxies

You can do that, but from one browser only, do not try from different browsers, and browser should always be logged in, not incognito

You can use a proxy on any social media account, and it will not be flagged only because the IP address is changing. It is same as you are turning on and off your mobile data when you are rotating your IP address. Make sure that you get a high-quality proxy so that your connection is always secure.

With Twitter, I use rotating proxies all the time. No problem. I think this will be fine, too. Most of the time the ban, not because of the proxy, but because of complaints from real users about spam)

Here are a few things you might want to consider:

  1. Stickiness Duration: Some proxy providers offer the option to set a "stickiness" duration for your proxies. This means that the proxy will stick with the same IP address for a certain period before it changes. If your provider offers this, setting a longer stickiness duration might help reduce the risk of account bans.
  2. Use Cookies: Using cookies to login can help maintain a consistent identity for your account even when your IP address changes. Just ensure you're managing and storing these cookies securely.
  3. Slow Down Your Actions: Try to behave like a normal user as much as possible. That means not making too many actions (like posts, upvotes, comments) in a short amount of time. Rapid, high-volume actions can look suspicious and trigger anti-spam measures.
  4. Consider Using a Non-Rotating Proxy: If the rotating proxies are causing too many problems, you might want to consider using non-rotating residential or mobile proxies instead. These will give you a consistent IP address for each account.
