Can I just download a CC video and post it own my channel as it is? Would there be a problem? Any tips would be helpful. Thanks!

Depending upon the type of license for the CC video,You can be free to edit the creative Commons video, modify, or posted verbatim.

You can but you need to edit and add your own value to it and also as mentioned check it was cc

Yes you can. But you have to enlist your video as CC too.
